Do you want to prioritize comfort? Modesty? Theme or style? Deciding what matters most to you prior to even stepping into a wedding dress will help you to not feel as overwhelmed during your appointment. It will allow you to have these key considerations to reference and prioritize both for you and your bridal stylist who will be picking out dresses for you to try on. If comfort and functionality are important to you, the maybe a heavy elaborate ballgown is not ideal. If the theme of your wedding is most imoportant to you, then prioritizing gowns that speak to the theme would be best to focus on. Okay this one might seem a little obvious, but taking into consideration where and when your wedding will take place can be very helpful in making the decision of what dresses to try on and potentially say "YES!" to. If your wedding is taking place at the beach in the middle of summer, then perhaps you will want to steer clear of gowns crafted in thick and heavy fabrics. If you wedding is taking place in a Catholic church, then it could be important to check if there are any modesty guidelines to be mindful of. While the location and time of year can be important, they are still just of many things you can consider to help you with that ultimate decision of which wedding dress to wear on your special day.
